To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent for specific treatments. By booking an appointment, you confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements.

MEDICAL DISCLAIMER

Our services do not replace professional, medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Consult your or our physician before undergoing any treatments. Any decisions made regarding your health should be taken in consultation with your medical practitioner.

BOOKING AND APPOINTMENTS

Consultations and Treatments

All services require an initial consultation to determine sustainability. Treatment plans are tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals. House of Beauty by JD reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed medically inappropriate.

Appointment Policies

  • Booking: All appointments can be booked online or over the phone. A consultation fee may be required depending on the treatment. 

  • Rescheduling and Cancellations: We require at least 48 hours of notice for appointment rescheduling or cancellation. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a fee being charged. 

  • Late Arrivals: If you arrive late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule or shorten the session. 

  • No Shows: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you may be subject to the loss of your consultation fee, which gets used towards your treatment.

PRICING AND PAYMENT

Pricing Transparency

House of Beauty by JD is committed to clear and transparent pricing. Service prices may vary depending on individual treatment plans. All prices are subject to change and will be confirmed during the consultation. 

  • Payment Methods: We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and cash payments.

  • Refunds: Treatment packages are non-refundable once purchased. If you experience an adverse reaction or concern, please contact us immediately for a follow-up consultation.

Packages and Promotions

Any promotions or package deals must be used within the specified time frame. Promotions cannot be combined with other offers unless stated otherwise.

REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

SERVICES

Non-Refundable Policy: All payments made for services, including consultations, treatments, and packages, are non-refundable. Once a service has been completed or a treatment package purchased, refunds will not be issued. 


Treatment Concerns: If you experience an adverse reaction or are unsatisfied with your treatment, we encourage you to contact us immediately to schedule a follow-up consultation. Our team will assess the situation and work with you to address your concerns.

PRODUCTS

  • Non-Refundable Policy: Products purchased from House of Beauty by JD are non-refundable. This includes skincare items, cosmetics, and any other retail products.

  • Exchange Policy: Exchanges are allowed only under the following circumstances:

  • The product is found to be defective.

  • You develop an allergic reaction to the product, in this case, you must provide proof of purchase and proof confirming the allergic reaction.

  • Exchange Process: To initiate an exchange, please contact us within 30 days of purchase. The product must be returned with its original packaging and receipt.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

CLIENTS ARE REQUIRED TO DISCLOSE FULL MEDICAL HISTORY AND ANY CONDITIONS THAT MAY AFFECT THEIR TREATMENT. THIS INCLUDES CURRENT MEDICATIONS, ALLERGIES, AND PRIOR COSMETIC TREATMENTS. FAILURE TO DISCLOSE RELEVANT INFORMATION MAY RESULT IN TREATMENT REFUSAL.

TREATMENT RESULTS

While we strive to provide the best possible outcomes, individual results may vary. House of Beauty by JD cannot guarantee specific results, and outcomes depend on factors such as adherence to post-treatment care.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the shortcode. Upon sending “STOP”, we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following the confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you. INDEMNITY

BY USING OUR SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS HOUSE OF BEAUTY BY JD, ITS EMPLOYEES, AND PRACTITIONERS FROM ANY CLAIMS, DAMAGES, OR EXPENSES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR VIOLATION OF THESE TERMS OR CONDITIONS.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

ALL PERSONAL CONTENT, LOGOS, IMAGES, AND MATERIALS MINUS STOCK IMAGES ON OUR WEBSITE ARE THE PROPERTY OF HOUSE OF BEAUTY BY JD AND ARE PROTECTED BY COPYRIGHT AND TRADEMARK LAWS. YOU MAY NOT USE, REPRODUCE, OR DISTRIBUTE ANY CONTENT WITHOUT OUR WRITTEN CONSENT.

CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
